​When I was 49 years old, I met Ernestine Sheppard, the oldest female bodybuilder in the world. She asked if I would like to compete, but I had no weight training experience or knowledge of building muscles then. I thought I was too old to compete, but she looked at me and said: "Age is nothing but a number".

Ernestine started working out at age 56 after her sister passed away and received the title of the oldest female bodybuilder in the world book of records at age 74 in Milano. I looked at her and said sure, and if you and your trainer Yohnnie Shambourger (former Mr. Universe), show me how to lift weights, so I will look like you. Six months later, I competed with Ernestine Shepard at a bodybuilding show and won 1st place in the Figure category shortly after earning my Pro Card in Annapolis, MD.

She was my inspiration, and I hope I inspired you to get started and invest in your health. I will meet you at your fitness level and create a personalized workout that you will enjoy, making you feel better, stronger, happier, and live a better, healthier lifestyle.

​Ernestine is now 86 years old, getting up in the morning for her 5 miles walk and teaching classes.
